Over the years, The Great Hall has played host to a huge range of events and celebrations. From dining events with Royalty, Theatrical performances and Stage Shows, Mhendi parties and Nikah's, through to business product launches, family parties and hundreds of wedding celebrations, the great Hall has played its part in creating countless memories and experiences.

Additional Chairs


Additional Banquet Chairs can be hired in from our external suppliers and are charged per 10 chairs ordered. Please note a lead time of 10 days is required.

Additional Round Tables


Included within the hire is up to 12 5 foot round tables, however if your event requires more this can be arranged. Please note a lead time of 10 days is required

Chair Covers


Add that extra touch to your booking with covered chairs to give your event the wow factor.  We can offer Black or White Chair Covers on all chairs.

Premium Table Linen


Add Premium Table Linen for your bookings via our local partners to complete your tables (in some cases this may be included with your caterer so please check)

Changing / Bridal Room


We can offer our upstairs room that can be used as a changing room / green room / prayer room etc (subject to availability), the room can hold approximately 12 people

One Drink on Arrival for each guest consisting of a choice of a Glass of Prosecco, a Premium Bottled Beer or Glass of Freshly Squeezed orange Juice

Bottomless Tea & Coffee


Would you like to include complimentary teas and coffees for your guests?  This can be arranged for any event by adding our fast serve coffee machine.

Would you like us to take away the hassle of arranging your event buffet? Our home made cold buffets include all crockery, cutlery, napkins & full service

LED 'LOVE" letters


If you are celebrating an engagement or Wedding with us, why not add our 5 foot LED Love letters to add that extra sparkle to the room.  Our Love Letters can be located on the stage

Projector & Screen


We can suply you with a 4k Ultra HD projector and big screen for your event which will be located on stage for any presentation, photo montage or screening you require throughout your booking.

Our award winning DJ will have you and your guests rocking throughout the evening and the dance floor full playing all of your favourite hits that you would like at your event!

Crockery & Service


If you are using external caterers, or self catering your event, let us take the hassle out of your service by including our crockery, cutlery and full service of your food to give your event that extra wow factor

Table Centrepieces


Although the Great Hall will look beautiful before your arrival, you may wish to finish off the room with a choice of centrepieces we have available.  Your centrepieces will be set prior to your guests arrival.

'Selfie Booth'


We can proudly offer our multi award winning photo booth 'cirque de selfie' on all hires.  This fun photo booth will leave your guests with amazing memories of the event and offers lots of fun.

Drinks Vouchers


If you wish to offer your guests a set number of pre purchased drinks, this can be done with our drinks tokens that can be exchanged at the bar for a choice of drinks, meaning you can budget your event.


£4.50 per drink voucher


In addition to the items listed above, we work alongside many great event suppliers that can offer you items such as flower walls, table centrepieces, LED Dance floors, Photo booths and many other items that can add something extra to your booking.  If you would like to find out more please speak to one of the team who will be happy to assist you.


Live Music and Other Entertainment


We are proud to have a full theatrical stage within The Great Hall which is perfect for live music, bands and other entertainment.  If you wish to look at booking a band or other entertainment, please speak to a member of the team that will be happy to assist you in this matter.
